A Minimalist Gravel Garden

In order to retain the soil on this steep incline we levelled the ground to create three tiers using Cotswold Stone boulders to act as retaining walls. The beds were covered with weed-suppressing membrane and stone chippings to match the boulders.

Our Clients were looking for a clean minimalist Planting Scheme with a small selection of plants and a cool Colour Palette.

We selected blue/grey grasses , black lily turf and Japanese Maples to produce a cohesive design.
